2022-23: Sophomore
Anfisa Danilchenko saw action in her first year at Nebraska. The sophomore from Moscow, Russia, finished the season with an overall singles record of 14-18. She played in four positions, posting a 5-4 mark at No. 5, a 2-5 mark at No. 4, a 1-1 record at No. 3 and a 1-0 mark at No. 2. Danilchenko obtained an overall 8-12 doubles record with her partners Isabel Adrover Gallego, Samantha Alicea and Lucy Loy. 
 
Off the court, Danilchenko earned a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall of 2022. She was also a member of the 2023 Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.

Before Nebraska
Danilchenko, a native of Moscow, Russia, spent last season at Minnesota and saw action in multiple singles and doubles positions. She finished the season with a 20-7 singles record and a 17-8 doubles record. During her junior career, Danilchenko reached an ITF ranking of 205, a WTA ranking of 1,180 and a UTR of 10.79. She won Grade 4 singles and doubles titles, while also being a finalist for Grade 1 and 3 ITF doubles.

Personal
The daughter of Igor and Marina Danilchenko, Anfisa was born on Aug. 30, 2001. She has a sister, Elena, and a twin brother, Ilarion, who is on the Nebraska men's tennis team.
