Indoor: Claimed silver in the 600m (1:16.39) and fourth place in the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Championships…contributed to first-place 4x400m relays at the Mark Colligan Memorial and the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational…added a fourth-place 400m (47.51) finish at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
2023
Indoor: Claimed the 600m title at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a season-best 1:15.37, marking the fastest time ran in school history on an indoor oversized track...Contributed to the runner-up 4x400m relay team (3:08.13) at conference... Ran a leg in the winning 4x400m relay at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (3:10.36) and finished second in the 400m with a 47.90m... Won the 600m with a 1:18.05, tied for the sixth fastest time in school history, while adding a 4x400m relay (3:13.31) victory at the Mark Colligan Memorial... Placed second in the 4x400m relay (3:16.17) at the Graduate Classic.
Outdoor: Ran a season-best 400m time (46.18) in the NCAA West Preliminary Round…placed sixth in the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Championships…captured 4x400m relay and 4x800m relay flags at the Drake Relays…notched a pair of third-place finishes at the Jim Click Shootout in the 800m and the 4x400m relay.
2022
Indoor: Finished sixth in the 600m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 1:17.21...placed eighth with the 4x400m relay at the conference meet (3:12.04)...won the 600m title at the Mark Colligan Memorial and Adidas Classic...was part of the winning 4x400m relay team at the Graduate Classic and Adidas Classic.
Outdoor: Helped the Huskers' 4x400m relay team win the Big Ten Outdoor Championship in a time of 3:09.51 after entering the meet with the ninth-fastest seed time...finished second in the 800m at the Prairie Wolf Invitational in 1:52.74...ran the 400m in 47.70 at the Michael Johnson Invitational to finish 13th...placed third in the 400m at the John McDonnell Invitational (47.90)...finished second with the 4x400m relay squad at the Drake Relays (3:09.95).
Before Nebraska
Competed for two years at Southeast Missouri State before transferring to Nebraska....as a freshman, was named the Ohio Valley Conference Men's Freshman of the Year after winning the 400 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships in 2020 (47.89)...earned the OVC bronze medal with the 4x400m relay team...in 2021, ran a PR 47.23 in the 400m at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invitational...won the 400m at the OVC Outdoor Championships (47.65)...finished fourth at the conference meet in the 200m with a personal-best 21.67...attended Southwind High School in Memphis, Tenn…Ran the 200m, 400m and 800m at Southwind...competed for the Memphis Jaguars club team.
