Indoor: Cleared 7-1 3/4 (2.18m) in the high jump at the NCAA Indoor Championships to place seventh... Captured the high jump title at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, clearing 7-3 (2.21m)... Posted a personal-best 7-4 1/4 (2.24m) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, winning the high jump and moving up to ninth on the all-time list... Claimed the runner-up finish at the Texas Tech Open with a mark of 7-3 3/4 (2.23m)... Opened the season with two titles, clearing 7-3 (2.21m) at the Mark Colligan Memorial and 7-2 1/2 (2.20m) at the Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Claimed the Big Ten high jump title with a clearance of 7-2 1/2 (2.20m)…placed third at the KSU Ward Haylett (6-9, 2.06m) and fifth at the Drake Relays (7-0 1/4, 2.14m).


2022
Indoor: Placed 13th in the high jump at the NCAA Indoor Championships (2.15m/7-0.5) to earn USTFCCCA second-team All-America honors...won the high jump gold medal at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (2.20m/7-2.5)...won high jump titles at the Mark Colligan Memorial, Adidas Classic, Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational and Tyson Invitational...was named Big Ten Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 16 following his win at the Tyson Invitational and a season-best 2.22m/7-3.25. 

Outdoor: Finished 15th in the high jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championships to earn his fifth-career All-America honor (2.10m/6-10.75)...won the Big Ten outdoor high jump title with a season-best 2.20m/7-1.75, his fourth-career conference title...won high jump titles at the John McDonnell Invitational, Sooner Invitational and Drake Relays...named Big Ten Field Athlete of the Week on April 6.

2021
Indoor: Placed sixth in the high jump at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a height of 6-9 3/4 (2.08m)…Had two third-place finishes at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational (6-8, 2.03m) and the Husker Quad (6-7, 2.01m).
 
Outdoor: Became the first Husker men’s high jumper to medal at the NCAA Championships in more than a decade…Placed third at NCAA Championships with a personal-best height of 7-3 3/4 (2.23m)…Named a USTFCCCA All-America First-Team selection for the second time in his career…Finished sixth at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a clearance of 6-8 3/4 (2.05m)…Tallied wins in the high jump at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays (7-2 1/2, 2.20m) and Billy Hayes Invite (7-3 1/4, 2.22m).

2020
Indoor: Took fourth in the high jump at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a height of 7-1 3/4 (2.18m)...won the high jump at both the Graduate Classic and Gorilla Classic.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019
Indoor: Placed seventh in the high jump with a leap of 7-3 3/4 (2.23m) at the NCAA Championships and captured USTFCCCA All-America first-team accolades...won the Big Ten title in the high jump with a PR clearance of 7-3 3/4 (2.23m), good to tie for No. 9 in NU history...won the high jump at both the Graduate Classic and Nebraska Tune-Up...earned the title of Big Ten Indoor Freshman of the Year.

Outdoor: Tied for 12th in the high jump at the NCAA Championships with a height of 7-1 3/4 (2.18m) to finish with USTFCCCA second-team All-America honors...won the Big Ten outdoor title with a leap of 7-3 3/4 (2.23m), which was set indoors due to inclement weather...set an outdoor PR of 7-2 1/4 (2.19m) at the Texas Relays to finish fourth...was named the Big Ten Outdoor Freshman of the Year.

Before Nebraska
Attended York High School in Nebraska...set a prep-best of 7-2 1/4 (2.19m) in the high jump…won three Nebraska Class B state high jump titles…set a new Class B state meet record with a jump of 7-0 1/4 (2.13m) as a senior...named the Nebraska Gatorade Track and Field Athlete of the Year...was the New Balance Indoor national champion, clearing 7-1 3/4 (2.18m).

Born July 29, 1999...parents are Brad and Kerry...Business administration major earned his bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2023.
