Indoor: Put together a career-best heptathlon performance at the Big Ten Championships to place fourth with 5,498 points and move up to 10th on the all-time list…had the third-best pole vault (15-1, 4.60m) and long jump (23-4 3/4, 7.13m) marks during the heptathlon at conference…finished fifth in the heptathlon at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with 5,348 points.
Outdoor: Totaled a personal-best 7,064 points in the decathlon to finish fourth at the Big Ten Championships…won the 100m (10.67) and long jump (23-10, 7.26m) portions of the decathlon at the conference meet, while adding a tie for second in the pole vault (14-9, 4.50m) and third-place 100m hurdles finish (14.85)...posted two top-five finishes at the Shocker Open with a 14.64 in the 110m hurdles and a 21.89 in the 200m…added a 14-place pole vault finish at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a clearance of 15-3 (4.65m).
2023
Indoor: Finished fifth in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with 5,319 points, including a season-best shot put mark (38-3 1/2, 11.67m) and a season-best 1,000m time (2:47.70)... Tallied a season-best 5,398 heptathlon points at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, with a season-best pole vault clearance of 14-9 (4.50m)...Placed fourth in the 60m hurdles at the Mark Colligan Memorial, clocking a season-best 8.17.
Outdoor: Did not compete.
2022
Indoor: Finished ninth in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, recording 5,293 points throughout the meet... Recorded a time of 8.30 in the 60m hurdles at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational... Totaled 5,251 points to place a season-best third place in the heptathlon at the Nebraska Adidas Classic, he also ran a time of 7.04 to win the 60m in the heptathlon competition.
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 22.54 in the 200m at the Michael Johnson Invitational... Set a season-best mark for total points in the decathlon at the Jim Click Shootout, totaling 6,774 points for a tenth-place finish in the meet... Threw a season-best mark of 48.99m in the javelin at the ESU Relays.
2021
Indoor: Placed 12th in the long jump (22-5 1/4, 6.84m) and 15th in the triple jump (46-5 1/4, 14.15m) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships…Finished third in the triple jump at the Husker Triangular and Larry Wieczorek Invitational…Had a season-best indoor leap of 22-11 3/4 (7.00m) in the long jump to place fifth at the Husker Triangular…Tallied two top-five finishes in the long jump, placing fourth at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational and fifth at the Husker Triangular.
Outdoor: Placed eighth in the triple jump at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a season-best leap of 48-10 (14.88m)…Totaled three top-five finishes in the triple jump…Placed second at the B1G North Florida Invitational, third at the Billy Hayes Invite and fifth at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays…Leaped a season-best 23-7 1/2 (7.20m) in long jump to place seventh at Billy Hayes Invite…Placed second in the long jump at Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays with a mark of 22-7 3/4 (6.90m).
Before Nebraska
Attended Pierz High School in Minnesota…state champion in the triple jump and was the runner-up in the long jump at the 2019 MSHSL State Meet…posted prep bests in the long jump (23-10 1/2) and triple jump (48-10).
