Indoor: Finished 10th at the NCAA Indoor Championships with the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:08.48 to earn second-team All-America honors...placed seventh in the 600m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 1:18.35...ran a season-best 400m time of 47.90, Â a 600m time of 1:17.47 and an 800m time of 1:56.73...took second in the 400m at the Nebraska Tune-Up and in the 600m at the Mark Colligan Memorial...placed second in the 600m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
Outdoor: Set season-best for 400m with a time of 46.67 at the Pac-12 vs Big Ten Invitational...competed in the 4x400 with a time of 3:03.74 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championship, placing first and earning First Team All-Big Ten...advanced onto NCAA DI Championships in the 4x400m, placing third with a time of 3:03.39...competed in nine outdoor meets...earned first-team CoSIDA Academic All-America honors for the third consecutive season...earned an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship and a Big Ten Conference Postgraduate Scholarship, each valued at $7,500, to continue his academic career.
2015 (Junior)
Indoor: Broke the 4x400m relay school record again with a run of 3:04.83 at the NCAA Indoor Championships to grab runner-up honors for the second straight season...also finished second at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with an oversized time of 3:07.04, the second-fastest oversized time in school history...earned second-team All-Big Ten and first-team All-America honors...placed third in the 600m at the Big Ten Championships (1:17.00)...ran a 200m PR of 21.86 at the Mark Colligan Memorial to finish fourth...won the 600m title at the adidas Classic with a run of 1:17.82...also won the Nebraska Tune-Up title...part of the 4x400 relay first-place team at the adidas Classic and Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
Outdoor: Was a second-team All-American with the 4x400 relay team, finishing 15th at the NCAA Championships in a time of 3:07.02...placed fifth in the 400m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in 47.27...won the 400m at the Pac-12 vs. Big Invitational in a season-best 46.51...also won the 4x400 relay at that meet in 3:08.12...was a CoSIDA first-team Academic All-American and All-District VII selection for the second straight year.
2014 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Helped his 4x400-meter relay team smash the NU school record with a time of 3:05.25 at the NCAA Indoor Championships in a runner-up finish...captured the 2014 Big Ten Indoor title in the 600 meters with a time of 1:17.07 on the oversized track at the SPIRE Institute, earning first-team All-Big Ten honors…also set the then-school record earlier in the year as part of the 4x400-meter relay team with a time of 3:06.93 at the Tyson Invitational... finished runner-up with his 4x400-meter relay team at the 2014 Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 3:07.72...recorded a personal-best time of 1:17.65 in the 600 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational to finish second, a time that ranked third all-time in the NU record book...claimed top honors with a personal-best time of 1:54.63 at the NWU Invitational in the 800 meters...clocked a personal-best 47.52 in the 400 meters at the Frank Sevigne Invite...captured 4x400-meter relay titles at the Holiday Inn Invitational, Mark Colligan Memorial and Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...captured the top prize in the DMR at the Holiday Inn Invitational with a time of 9:51.70.
Outdoor: Finished sixth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on the 4x400-meter relay team to earn first-team All-America honors...defended the outdoor 4x400-meter relay title at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:05.76, breaking the facility record...placed fifth in the 400 meters at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a run of 46.67...ran a personal-best 46.41 in the 400 meters at the NCAA West Prelims...won 400-meter titles at the Arizona State Invitational and Iowa Musco...finished second at the Nebraska Quad with a personal-best 21.37 in the 200 meters...finished fifth at the Big Ten Championships in the 400 meters...Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, academic All-Big Ten, USTFCCCA All-Academic Team, Tom Osborne Citizenship Team and Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll member both semesters...named to CoSIDA Academic All-America first team and All-District VII first team.

Before Nebraska (Lincoln Christian)
Came to Nebraska from Lincoln Christian High School where he produced an outstanding high school career...was the 2012 Nebraska Class C state champion in the 800 meters (1:57.15) and the 400 meters (48.61)...was the 2011 Nebraska Class C state champion in the long jump (22-4 1/2) and the 400 meters (48.64)...finished second in the 100 meters (11.01) and 200 meters (22.25) in 2011...helped Lincoln Christian to a fourth-place Class C finish at the 2011 state meet and a fifth-place finish in 2012...was also an all-state performer for the 2010-11 Nebraska Class C-2 state championship basketball team and the 2011 Nebraska Class C-2 state semifinalist football team.

Born Oct. 26, 1993...parents are Blake and Julie...majored in nutrition, exercise and health science...earned a bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2017.
