Indoor: Finished 16th in the long jump (23-0 1/2, 7.02m) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...Placed sixth in the long jump at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a leap of 21-5 1/4, 6.53m).
Outdoor: Won the U.S. U20 Javelin National Championship, throwing 70.87m (232-6)…took second in the javelin at the NACAC U23 Championships with a throw of 75.28m…placed 13th in the javelin at the NCAA Championships with a mark of 230-4 (70.20m)…threw a personal-best 247-2 (75.35m) at the Big Ten Championships, claiming the silver medal and moving up to No. 3 on the all-time list…won the javelin title at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with a 240-1 (73.19m).

Competed at Walla Walla High School…two-time javelin national champion…No. 1 ranked javelin thrower nationally…was a state champion in the javelin and long jump…tabbed an All-American…earned first-team all-state and all-conference recognition…helped team to three state finishes…personal-best marks of 221-1 in the javelin, 24-1 1/2 in the long jump and 167-3 in the discus…cleared 6-2 in the high jump and 13-6 in the pole vault…clocked an 11.12 in the 100m.
