2023 (Senior)
Indoor: Clocked a personal-best 1:19.93 in the 600m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships... Earned two fourth-place finishes at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a 1:20.11 in the 600m and a 3:20.76 in the 4x400m relay... Placed third in the 600m at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 1:20.92.
Outdoor: Finished 25th in the 800m at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 1:51.80…clocked a 1:52.45 in the 800m at the KSU Ward Haylett to securing the win…captured a Drake Relays flag in the 4x800m relay…ran a personal-best 800m time of 1:51.41 at the Bobcat Invitational.
Before Nebraska
Transferred to Nebraska after four years at BYU...set personal bests of 21.82 in the 200m and 47.91 in the 400m...finished 12th with BYU’s 4x400m relay team at the 2021 NCAA Indoor Championships...won MPSF indoor titles with BYU’s 4x400m relay and distance medley relay in 2022...won 10 collegiate events with the Cougars.
