Indoor: Ran a personal-best 3,000m time of 8:09.01 at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, climbing to sixth on the all-time list... Placed fourth in the mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up in a personal-best 4:10.07... Recorded an 8:12.01 in the 3,000m at the Mark Colligan Memorial to finish second.
Outdoor: Finished ninth in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 14:20.91…secured a 5,000m win at the Drake Relays with a personal-best time of 14:03.40…placed fourth at the Bryan Clay Invitational and ninth at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with 5,000m times of 14:13.82 and 14:46.14.
2022 (Junior)
Indoor: Placed 21st with a time of 14:26.68 in the 5,000m and was a member of the sixth place distance medley relay (9:49.00) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships... Ran a season-best time in the mile at the Nebraska Mark Colligan Memorial, finishing second place with a time of 4:13.34... Set a season-best time in the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic, finishing with a time of 8:14.01 that ranks ninth in school history.
Outdoor: Placed 23rd in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 14:49.17... Ran a personal-best time of 9:28.07 in the 3,000m steeplechase with a third place finish at the John McDonnell Invitational... Earned a fourth place finish in the 1,500m at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a time of 3:57.92.
2021
Indoor: Placed 28th in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a run of 14:43.53…Ran a personal-best time of 14:10.28 to finish fifth in the 5,000m at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational…Clocked a 14:30.52 to record a sixth-place finish in the 5,000m at the Husker Triangular.
Outdoor: Clocked a personal-best time of 3:56.10 in the 1,500m to finish 28th at the Indiana Big Ten Invite #2…Had a season-best finish of 11th at the Billy Hayes Invite with a time of 14:45.38 in the 5,000m…Placed 23rd in the 1,500m at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays with a run of 3:57.80.
2020
Indoor: Redshirted...competing unattached, ran in the 3,000m at the Nebraska Tune-Up and recorded a time of 8:50.48.
Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.
2019
Indoor: Finished 20th in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 14:34.87...won the 3,000m title at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with a PR time of 8:19.17...set personal-bests in the mile (4:14.01) at the Mark Colligan Memorial and the 5,000m (14:31.72o) at the Iowa State Classic.
Outdoor: Ran PR's in the 1,500m (3:57.67) at the Crimson Tide Invitational and 5,000m (14:36.45) at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.
2018
Indoor: Placed 25th in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 14:50.09...ran a season-best in the mile to finish third at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 4:15.09...set a season best of 8:26.95 in the 3,000m to finish fourth at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite...ran a season best of 14:42.34 at the Iowa State Classic in the 5,000m.
Outdoor: Set season-bests in four events...posted a season best of 3:59.08 in the 1,500m to finish fourth at the Nebraska Invitational...ran a time of 8:45.49 in the 3,000m to finish fifth at the John McDonnell Invitational...clocked a time of 15:12.88A in the 5,000m to finish fourth at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout...ran a time of 32:25.39 in the 10,000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.
Before Nebraska
Attended Rock Canyon High School in Lone Tree, Colorado...finished fourth in the 3,200m and fifth in the 1,600m at the Colorado 5A state meet as a senior...ran a 1,600m prep best of 4:23.24 and a 3,200m prep best of 9:30.43...in cross country, set a best 5K time of 15:52.04...finished fourth at the state meet as a senior.
