Indoor: Ran in the 3,000m at the Nebraska Adidas Classic (11:01.34) and the Nebraska Tune-Up (10:44.18).

2021
Indoor: Ran a personal-best time of 10:34.08 in the 3,000m to place seventh at the Husker Quad…Finished 12th at the Husker Triangular with a run of 19:09.84 in the 5,000m.
Outdoor: Did not compete.
2020
Indoor: Ran PR's in the 3,000m (10:37.94) at the Nebraska Tune-Up and 5,000m (18:32.74) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.
Before Nebraska
Attended Lincoln East High School in Lincoln, Nebraska…ran a prep best time of 19.22.00 in the 5K...earned prep bests of 5:31.00 in the 1,600m and 11:33.00 in the 3,200m.
