2014 (Outlook)
Gabriel Jolley was a contributor on pommel horse, parallel bars and vault in his first two seasons with the Huskers, but plans to take a two-year break from competition while participating in a mission trip to Guatemela. The Huskers expect Jolley to return to competition in 2015-16 as a junior.

2013 (Sophomore)
During his second year at Nebraska, Gabriel Jolley helped the team on pommel horse, vault and parallel bars throughout the season. The Pleasant Grove, Utah native concluded his season with a strong 14.80 vault at Big Ten Championships in Minneapolis. He also scored a 14.00 on vault at the NCAA Championships team qualifiers.

Outside the gym, Jolley excelled in the classroom, earning a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll for his third consecutive semester in the fall.

2012 (Freshman)
Jolley got his collegiate career off to a strong start in 2012, competing on three events during the season.

He competed in eight meets in his first season as a Husker, including the Big Ten and NCAA Championships.

Jolley posted a career-high 14.85 on vault in a win over Air Force on Jan. 22, claiming the individual event title. He added career bests of 14.45 on parallel bars and 14.00 on pommel horse against Iowa at the Devaney Center on Feb. 24. He also notched a 14.05 on vault against the Hawkeyes in his best competition of the season.

Jolley competed on all three events for the Huskers at the Big Ten Championships, earning a 14.10 on vault, a 13.60 on parallel bars and a 12.35 on horse in Iowa City. He represented the Huskers on pommel horse (12.90) and parallel bars (12.30) at the 2012 NCAA Championship Team Qualifier in Norman, Okla.

Jolley added a strong start to his career in the classroom, claiming spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in both the fall and spring semesters of 2011-12.  

Before Nebraska
Jolley tied for 33rd in the Level 10 all-around at the 2011 Junior Olympic National Championships in Long Beach, Calif. He chose Nebraska over Air Force.

Personal
The son of Chris Jolley and Lucia Unzaga, Gabriel was born June 28, 1993 in Browning, Mont. He has two brothers, Rob and Daniel, and six sisters, Ariel, Linda, Natasha, Rachel, Isabela and Natalia. 

He has not declared major, but he did earn spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall and spring semesters of 2011-12 and 2012-13.
