Indoor: Ran the 800m in a personal-best time of 2:03.47 at the Nebraska Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Set a PR of 9:45.64 in the 3,000m steeplechase and finished fourth at the Kansas Relays...ran a personal-best time of 3:59.32 in the 1,500m and finished fifth at the Nebraska Invitational...won the 1,500m title at the Prairie Wolf Invitational with a time of 4:05.99.

2017 (Redshirt)
Indoor: Redshirted...competing unattached, ran the 800m in 2:06.61 and the mile in 4:31.77 at the Nebraska Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Redshirted.

2016 (Freshman)
Indoor: Set a mile personal best of 4:15.84 to place sixth at the Nebraska Tune-Up...ran a personal-best 8:40.19 to take second in the 3,000m at the Pittsburg State Gorilla Classic...finished third in the mile at the Prairie Wolf Invitational (4:27.78)...placed fifth with the distance medley relay team at the Holiday Inn Invitational (10:28.73).

Outdoor: Set a 3,000m outdoor PR of 8:46.58 at the Nebraska Invite to place second...won the 1,500m at the NWU Invitational with a time of 4:01.48...finished seventh in the 5,000m at the Kansas Relays with a time of 15:34.32.

Before Nebraska
Attended Lincoln East High School and played baseball for three years before switching to track as a senior...was the 2015 Class A state runner-up in the 3,200m (9:22.26)...finished fifth in the 1,600m (4:17.58)...was also part of the Spartans' state-qualifying 3,200m relay team...won the LPS Championships 3,200m...ran cross country, finishing ninth at the 2014 Class A state meet (16:28.8).
