2020-21 (Senior)
Leah Glazer did not compete for the Huskers as a senior in 2020-21. She earned her bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2021, after earning a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall of 2020. She was also selected to the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team for the second straight year.
2019-20 (Junior)
Glazer made an immediate impact in the Huskers’ lineup, bowling in all nine tournaments during the season. She was fourth on the team in season average (199.6) and placed in the top 20 four times, including a pair of top-10 finishes. In baker format, she averaged a 196.0 while competing in all nine tournaments. She averaged 200 or better in traditional games on four occasions, including a season-high average of 214.4 at the Stormin’ Blue and White Vegas Classic. She also posted her individual best game (261) and finish at that tournament before following up with another top-10 showing at the Columbia 300 Saints. In all, she bowled 200 or better in 20 of her 37 individual games. She performed well in the classroom, earning a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in both semesters and was named to the NTCA All-Academic Team. Glazer was also named to the Tom Osborne Citizenship team in 2020 for her work in the community.
Before Nebraska
Glazer chose to transfer to Nebraska from Arkansas State after earning honorable-mention NTCA All-America honors in 2019. As a freshman in 2017-18, Glazer posted a season average of 206.03 with a total pinfall of 7,829 over 38 traditional matches on the year. She was named the MVP of the Track Kat Klash after producing a remarkable 248.2 average (1,241 pinfall). She also claimed a spot on the all-tournament team at the Southland Bowling League Championship.
Glazer won the Nevada Class 4A state championship as a senior at Bishop Gorman High School in 2017. She bowled a three-game series of 747 to finish 143 pins ahead of the state runner-up. She was a first-team all-state selection as both a junior and senior at Bishop Gorman.
Personal
The daughter of Irene and Joshua Glazer, Leah majored in marketing and earned her bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2021. She is a three-time NTCA All-Academic Team selection and a three-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. She also was chosen to the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team in 2020 and 2021.
