2005-06 Review
Despite only competing in three tournaments, Kelle Valenzuela earned a letter and helped the Huskers to eight straight wins and a third-place finish at nationals by holding a 188.8 average on the season. According to Nebraska Coach Bill Straub, when Valenzuela was called upon to compete, she reacted like a seasoned veteran.

During her junior days, Valenzuela held a high game of 279 and an average of 203. In addition to bowling, Valenzuela earned a letter in volleyball and played soccer during her prep career.
