As a Junior (2000-01): Couvillon's development late in the season was important to the success of the Huskers' national championship drive. At the Mid-States tournament, she played a career high 12 games and had a pinfall of 2,331, also a career best.
As a Sophomore (1999-2000): Couvillon was a major contributor on the No. 1 Husker squad, finishing fifth on the team with a 195.698 average. She had a career-high average with a 210.250 at the Texas LeTi Classic. Couvillon also had a career-high finish, when she concluded the Texas LeTi in seventh place.
As a Freshman (1998-99): Couvillon finished the season ranked sixth on the Huskers' national championship team.
Benjamin Franklin High School: Couvillon was a three-time champion of the Southern Scratch Junior Bowler's Association and won numerous other state titles. Couvillon was named the New Orleans high school player of the year in 1997-98 while attending Benjamin Franklin High, in Baton Rouge, La.
