Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Placed 14th in the 10,000m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, finishing with a time of 29:48.55... Won the 1,500m at the Michael Johnson Invitational, finishing with a personal-best time of 3:53.41... Finished second place at the Drake Relays in the 5,000m while running to a personal-best time and the fourth-best time in school history (14:06.35)... Ran to a third place finish and personal-best time of 29:44.24 in the 10,000m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, the time also ranks sixth-best in school history.
2021
Indoor: Placed 27th in the 5K with a run of 14:41.16 at the Big Ten Indoor Championships…Had a personal-best run of 14:24.20 in the 5K to finish third at Husker Triangular.
Outdoor: Did not compete.
2020
Indoor: Posted a personal-best in the mile with a time of 4:16.11 at the adidas Classic...finished as the runner-up in the 3,000m at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a PR time of 8:26.85.
Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.
2019
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 8:36.50 to win the 3,000m title at the Nebraska Tune-Up...also ran a season-best time of 4:28.41 in the mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
Outdoor: Ran season-bests in the 1,500m (4:03.05) and 3,000m steeplechase (9:36.83).
2018
Indoor: Set personal-bests in four events...posted a time of 1:27.84 to finish sixth in the 600m at the Mark Colligan Memorial...ran the 1,000m in 2:40.61 at the Graduate Classic...set PRs in the mile (4:26.03) and the 3,000m (8:50.20).
Outdoor: Finished 12th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:26.74...set a 3,000m steeplechase PR of 9:21.89 to finish third at the Kansas Relays...posted a personal-best 1,500m time of 4:00.12 at the Nebraska Invitational.
Before Nebraska
Attended Watchung Hills Regional High School in Warren Township, New Jersey...posted outdoor bests of 4:20.28 in the 1,600m to finish 11th at the New Jersey Group 4 state meet and 9:31.49 to finish 12th in the 3,200m at the NJSIAA Group 4 Championships...competing indoors, won the 3,200m in 9:23.00 at the Molloy Stanner Games...in cross country, ran a two-mile best of 10:59.94 and a 5K best of 15:50.71, which won the North 2, Group 4 section title.
