2020 (Senior/COVID-19 Pandemic)
Indoor: Finished eighth in the 3,000m (9:35.31o) and 14th in the 5,000m (16:53.31o) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...ran the seventh-fastest time in NU history on any size of track in the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic with a personal-best time of 9:27.28o…also recorded personal-bests in the 800m (2:15.64) at the Nebraska Tune-Up and mile (4:50.23) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational…captured the 3,000m crown at the Mark Colligan Memorial, won the mile and was a member of the winning DMR team at the Graduate Classic.
Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.
2019 (Junior)
Indoor: Finished 22nd in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 16:59.61...ran a 5,000m PR at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 16:34.08o, the No. 8 overall time in NU history...set season-bests in the mile (4:58.12) at the Mark Colligan Memorial and 3,000m (9:41.50) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase in a time of 10:19.50 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships and 16th in the 5,000m with a PR time of 16:32.15, the No. 9 time in program history...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 3,000m steeplechase and was 20th with a personal-best time of 10:10.33, currently the No. 4 time in the event in NU history...ran PR's in the 800m (2:14.49) at the Beach Invitational and 1,500m (4:34.50A) at the Texas Tech Shootout...won the 1,5000m crown at both the Husker Invitational and Texas Tech Shootout.
2018 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished 15th in the 5,000m with a season-best time of 16:57.81 at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...won the mile at the Graduate Classic with a season-best of 5:05.42...finished seventh in the 3,000m with a season-best time of 10:03.24 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite.
Outdoor: Placed 19th in the 5,000m with a season-best time of 17:42.91 and also finished 13th in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 10:42.54 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships...ran a season-best time of 2:21.51 in the 800m to finish eighth at the John McDonnell Invitational...finished second in the 1,500m at the Nebraska Invitational with a season-best time of 4:40.06...claimed the 3,000 steeplechase title with a season-best time of 10:40.72A at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout, good for No. 8 in NU history at the time.
2017 (Freshman)
Indoor: Set seasonal-bests in the 1,000m (3:07.93) at the Holiday Inn Invitational, in the 3,000m (10:25.02) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, in the 800m (2:24.97) and the mile (5:09.64) at the Nebraska Tune-Up.
Outdoor: Set a season-best and placed 16th in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 11:10.78 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships...became 10th all-time at Nebraska in the 3,000m steeplechase...set a season-best in the 1,500m with a time of 4:43.63 at the Pac-12 vs Big Ten Invitational.
Before Nebraska
Attended St. James Academy in Lenexa, Kansas...set a 3,200m school record of 11:17.83 and a 1,600m school record of 5:05.72 as a senior...took third in the 1,600m and eighth in the 3,200m at the Kansas 5A State Championships...as a junior, finished third in the 1,600m and fifth in the 3,200m at the state meet.
