2020 (Junior/COVID-19 Pandemic)
Indoor: Ran season-bests in the 3,000m (10:22.89) at the Nebraska Tune-Up and 5,000m (18:29.72) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.
2019 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished 29th in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 17:36.08...ran PR's in the mile (5:01.82) at the Nebraska Tune-Up, the 3,000m (10:02.27) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational and 5,000m (17:20.76o) at the Iowa State Classic.
Outdoor: Ran a season-best in the 5,000m at the Texas Tech Shootout with a time of 19:10.36A.
2018 (Freshman)
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Ran a personal-best time of 10:16.06 in the 3,000m to finish sixth at the John McDonnell Invitational...set a PR time of 18:00.82 in the 5,000 to finish sixth at the Kansas Relays...also finished fourth in the 3,000m at the Nebraska Invitational and fourth in the 5,000m at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout.
2017 (Redshirt)
Indoor: Redshirted...competed unattached in one meet...placed 14th in the 3,000m at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 10:43.60.
Outdoor: Redshirted...competed in three regular-season meets unattached...placed first in the 5,000m with a time of 18:38.02 at the Reivers April Fools' Classic...placed first in the 10,000m with a time of 37:52.83 at the Prairie Wolf Invite...ran a 1,500m PR of 5:05.28.
Before Nebraska
Attended Waukee High School in Waukee, Iowa...set prep bests of 4:45.97 in the 1,500m and 10:18.23 in the 3,000m...also set a prep-best time of 18:24.00 in the cross country 5K race...as a senior in 2016, placed seventh in the 1,500m and seventh in the 3,000m at the Iowa 4A State Championships...also took fourth with the 4x800m relay team.
