Indoor: Competed in four regular-season meets...posted season-best times in the 200m (22.07) and the 400m (47.86).
Outdoor: Finished his career with two second-team All-America honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles (15th) and the 4x400m relay (11th)...ran 3:04.98 with the 4x400m relay, the No. 7 time in NU outdoor history...qualified for nationals in the 400m hurdles after a PR of 50.01 at the NCAA West Preliminary Round, the No. 5 time in NU history...finished sixth in the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in 53.21...placed eighth with the 4x100m relay (41.34)...won three titles with the 4x400m relay...was named the CoSIDA Academic All-American of the Year for track and field and was Nebraska's Male Student-Athlete of the Year for all sports...captured his second NCAA Elite 90 Award for having the top GPA of any athlete competing at the NCAA Championships.

Indoor: Finished 27th at the Big Ten Championships in the 400m with a time of 48.50...ran twice with the 4x400m relay, winning the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational in 3:08.47.

2015 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Along with his 4x400m relay teammates, broke own NU school record with a time of 3:04.83 at the NCAA Indoor Championships to take runner-up honors for the second straight year...placed 14th in the 400m (47.86) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...won 4x400m titles at the adidas Classic and Frank Sevigne Husker Invite...recorded an indoor personal-best time of 21.72 in the 200m to take runner-up honors at the Holiday Inn Invite...set an indoor personal-best time of 47.58 in the 400m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite...earned the NCAA Elite 89 Award for having the top GPA at the NCAA Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Reached the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles, finishing 14th (51.16) to earn second-team All-America honors...ran a season-best 50.49 in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminary Round to place seventh...finished sixth at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (52.84)...set a PR in the 200m of 21.34 to place third at the Husker Spring Invitational...earned CoSIDA first-team academic All-America honors.
2014 (Freshman)
Indoor: Along with his 4x400m relay teammates, smashed the NU school record with a time of 3:05.25 at the NCAA Indoor Championships in a runner-up finish to earn first-team All-America honors...also set the school record earlier in the year as part of the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:06.93 at the Tyson Invitational...finished runner-up with his 4x400m relay team at the 2014 Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 3:07.72, earning second-team All-Big Ten honors...recorded a personal-best time of 47.85 in the 400m at the Tyson Invitational...earned a third-place finish in the 400m at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 47.98...ran a personal-best time of 22.03 in his lone 200m race of the season...captured the title with his 4x400m relay teammates with a time of 3:12.99 at the Mark Colligan Memorial...finished in the top spot as part of the 4x400m relay squad in a time of 3:09.80 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite...took part in the 400m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, finishing 14th.
Outdoor: Finished sixth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on the 4x400m relay team to earn first-team All-America honors...helped win the outdoor 4x400m relay title at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:05.76, breaking the facility record and earning first-team All-Big Ten honors...placed first in the 400m at the Nebraska Invite with a time of 47.89 before placing 15th at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 47.80...also earned 14th place at the Drake Relays in the 400m hurdles with a personal-best time of 52.46...was a Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll selection both semesters and USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection.
Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from Century High School in Bismarck, North Dakota...was named the Gatorade North Dakota Boys Track Athlete of the Year by ESPNHS...earned the 2013 North Dakota 200m title with a time of 21.69, the 400m title with a time of 48.38 and the 300m hurdles title with a time of 37.19...was the 2012 North Dakota 200m champion with a time of 21.76, the 400m champion with a time of 48.82 and the 300m hurdles champion with a time of 37.06...led his high school team to a second-place finish in the state meet and anchored the 4x400m relay team to the state title...won the boys' 300m hurdles in 2011 with a time of 38.74...two-time first-team all-state honoree...recorded prep bests of 21.64 in the 200m, 48.38 in the 400m and 37.06 in the 300m hurdles.
