Anne Martin earned second-team All-America honors in the heptathlon by finishing 13th with a score of 5,465 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships... at the Big Ten Championships, finished third with 5,430 points... totaled a personal-best 5,521 points at the Mt. SAC Relays/California Invitational Multi Events...was a first-team Academic All-Ameircan... participated in five meets for the Huskers during the 2014 indoor season as a captain… earned a third place finish at the 2014 Big Ten Indoor Championships where she recorded a personal-best 3,998 points in the pentathlon, moving to 10th all-time at Nebraska... recorded a  total of 3,996 points in the pentathlon at the Frank Sevigne Invite… posted a personal-best time of 8.74 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Frank Sevigne Invite… tallied a personal-best mark of 18-11 ¼ (5.77) in the long jump at the Frank Sevigne Invite… notched another personal-best mark of 38-11 ¾ (11.88) at the Frank Sevigne Invite… also set a personal best at the NWU Invitational with a time of 58.85 in the 400 meters to finish third… also recorded a season-best mark of 5-5 ¼ (1.66) in the high jump at the Frank Sevigne while crossing the line in 2:22.37 at the 800 meter race at the Frank Sevigne.

2013 (Junior)
Martin earned honorable-mention All-America accolades at the 2013 NCAA Outdoor Championships, finishing with a personal-best 5,414 points in the heptathlon... earned the NCAA Elite 89 Award for having the highest GPA of all female competitors at the NCAA Championships... tallied a runner-up finish in the heptathlon at the 2013 Big Ten Outdoor Championships, posting a total of 5,389 points to earn second-team All-Big Ten honors... tallied outdoor personal-best marks of 14.43 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Mt. Martin completed the indoor season with a sixth-place finish in the pentathlon at the 2012 Big Ten Indoor Championships, recording 3,860 points... set season-best marks of 26.13 in the 200 meters at the Mark Colligan Memorial, 2:23.26 in the 800 meters at the Big Ten Championships, 8.81 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Big Ten Championships and 36-1 1/2 (11.01) in the shot put at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational... recorded a personal-best total of 3,865 points in the pentathlon at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, finishing second... recorded season-best marks of 5-5 3/4 (1.67) in the high jump at the Big Ten Championships and 18-8 1/2 (5.70) in the long jump at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational... completed the outdoor season with a total of 4,801 points and a 13th-place finish at the 2012 Big Ten Outdoor Championships... set an outdoor season-best mark of 15.25 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Arkansas Spring Invitational... notched season-best marks of 25.85 in the 200 meters at the Nebraska Invitational, 2:26.04 in the 800 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays, 5-5 3/4 (1.67) at the Mt. SAC Relays, 18-3 3/4 (5.58) in the long jump at the Nebraska Invitational, 33-9 1/4 (10.29) in the shot put at the Nebraska Invitational and 5,040 points in the heptathlon at the Mt. 2011 (Freshman)
Martin earned All-Big 12 honors in the heptathlon and pentathlon at the 2011 Big 12 Indoor and Outdoor Championships... finished sixth in the pentathlon at the indoor conference championships with a season-best score of 3,740... recorded a season best of 26.61 in the 200 meters at the adidas Classic... set a season best of 2:25.33 in the 800 meters at the Frank Sevigne Invitational... also notched a season-best 9.11 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Sevigne Invite... recorded a personal-best 18-10 3/4 in the long jump at the Big 12 Indoor Championships... finished fourth in the heptathlon at the outdoor conference championships with a personal-best score of 5,167... set a personal-best time of 15.09 in the 100-meter hurdles at the WSU Classic... recorded a personal-best throw of 133-5 in the javelin and time of 2:23.03 in the 800 meters at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships.

2010 (Redshirt)
Martin redshirted her first year at Nebraska to develop into a combined events athlete... competed unattached at the Nebraska Multi-Challenge, where she finished third in the pentathlon with a score of 3,452... qualified for the USA Junior Outdoor Championships with a heptathlon score of 4,533 at the KU Relays... took seventh at the national meet with a season best of 4,787 points... set individual event season bests in the 800 meters (2:31.63), 100 hurdles (15.31), shot put (32-9 1/2) and javelin (120-11).

Before Nebraska (Waverly)
Martin joined the Huskers as one of the most versatile athletes in the state of Nebraska in 2009... won 16 medals at the state track and field meet, including six state titles and two All-Class medals, for Waverly High School under Coach Ken Adkisson... qualified for the state meet in four events all four years in high school... won her first state title in the high jump as a freshman with a leap of 5-4 and also finished fifth in the triple jump (35-1 3/4)... returned as a sophomore in 2007 to win the long jump (17-10 1/2), finish second in the high jump (5-4), take third in the triple jump (36-2 1/12) and finish fifth in the 400 (1:01.27)... won the All-Class gold medal in the high jump with the top mark during the 2008 Nebraska high school season, clearing 5-8... also finished runner-up in the 200 meters (25.94) and triple jump (36-10 1/4), along with earning a bronze in the long jump (17-9 1/2)... won four medals as a senior, including three state titles... repeated as the All-Class gold medal winner in the high jump (5-7)... won the long jump (18-8 3/4) and 100 meters (12.44), as well as a runner-up performance in the triple jump (37-8 1/2)... chose Nebraska over Missouri and Northern Iowa.

Personal
Parents are Bob and Sheri Martin... sister of former Husker combined eventer Lee Martin (2003-07)... born April 16, 1991... she is an elementary education major at Nebraska.
