Lincoln - The Nebraska men's golf team had eight players named to the 2010 Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll for their work in the classroom during the fall semester.
The Honor Roll, which recognizes student-athletes who recorded a 3.00 or better GPA, named seniors Tyler Parsloe, Brett Sundberg and Andrew Wyatt; junior Austin Zimmerman; sophomores Neil Dufford and Jordan Reinertson; and freshmen Manuel Lavin and Josh Reinertson.
Sundberg as well as Jordan and Josh Reinertson achieved 4.0 GPAs during the fall semester. It is Sundberg's fourth time with a 4.0 GPA and seventh time being named to the Honor Roll. Jordan Reinertson earned a 4.0 GPA for the third time as a Husker.
Seniors Tyler Parsloe and Andrew Wyatt each claimed spots on the list for the sixth time. In addition, junior Austin Zimmerman made the Honor Roll for the fourth time and sophomore Neil Dufford made it for the third time.
Nebraska had 358 total honorees, including 43 student-athletes with perfect 4.0 GPAs during the fall semester.
