Lincoln - The Nebraska bowling team placed seven bowlers among 270 NU student-athletes on the Big 12 Commissioner’s Spring Honor Roll this week, which recognizes a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the previous semester.
The list of Husker bowlers reveals a list of five repeat selections including junior Kaleena Henning, sophomore Sarah Koch and freshmen Kayla Rhoades, Katie Ann Sopp and Kayla Stram. Freshman Jasmine Laugerman leads the group as one of 36 Huskers student-athletes with a perfect 4.0 grade-point average.
Henning (sociology), Koch (English), Rhoades (biological sciences), Sopp (undeclared) and Stram (veterinary science and biochemistry) each enjoyed their second honor roll appearances. Sophomore Cassie Leuthold and Laugerman both notched their first appearances on the list.
