Eight Huskers Named to Fall Honor Roll

Lincoln, Neb.?The No. 36 Nebraska women’s tennis team continues to excel on the courts and in the classroom.  All eight members of the women’s tennis team were among 235 Nebraska student-athletes to be named to the Big 12 Commissioner’s Fall Honor Roll. 

 

This marks the third-straight semester every player on the roster has been named to the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

 

The team was led by sophomore Imke Reimers and freshman Kim Hartmann, who were two of 35 student-athletes to have earned 4.0 grade-point averages during the semester.  

 

The list also included Vanessa Heute, Ellinor Zugner, Milena Schulz-Gartner, Ewelina Skaza, Pamela Castillejos and Jennifer Cremieux.

 

The Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognizes students who have maintained a 3.0 GPA during the semester.

 

The Huskers hit the court on Saturday, Feb. 11, when they face No. 3 Texas at 10 a.m. at the WoodsTennisCenter.
