Lincoln -- Twenty-four Husker players have been named to the 2002 Football Academic All-Big 12 Team, including a league-best 18 first-team selections. Leading the way is senior rush end Chris Kelsay who became just the fifth Husker to earn first-team academic all-conference four consecutive years. Rush end Demoine Adams, fullback Judd Davies, rush end Trevor Johnson and rover Aaron Terpening received first-team recognition for the third time. Sophomore linebacker Chad Sievers carries a perfect 4.0 in business administration.
