Husker Power - Strength and Conditioning

"The Birthplace of Strength and Conditioning for Collegiate Athletics."

Husker Power programs have been based on Ten Principles since 1991 when Mike Arthur, who was then the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, unveiled them.  Mike is now the Director of Strength and Conditioning Program Research.  The Principles were updated in 2016, as Mike, and the Strength and Conditioning Staff, met on several occasions to review and discuss what Husker Power Principles stand for.  The new principles now hang in each of the three strength training facilities for Nebraska student-athletes.
