Ryan Goodman Season 2004-05

2005-Ryan Goodman went 7-0 in open competition at 197 pounds as he redshirted his first season in the Husker program. Goodman recorded one medical decision and one technical fall.

 

Before Nebraska-Goodman was an accomplished dual-sport athlete at <?xml:namespace prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"?>AbsegamiHigh School.  On the mat, Goodman set the state record for career victories by a wrestler.  He ended his high school career on a 72-match winning streak.  As a football player, Goodman threw for 3,108 yards in four years.  He earned All-South Jersey honorable-mention accolades for his efforts.

 

Personal-The son of Randal and Wendy Goodman, Ryan was born on Oct. 15, 1985.  He has not declared a major at Nebraska.
