2013 (Senior - Fifth Year)
Jordan Jackson bounced back from injury during 2012 and emerged once again as one of the leaders of the two-time 2013 Big Ten Championships. Jackson started all 24 matches during her senior year notching three game-winning goals on her way to posting nine goals and 12 assists. She averaged more than 85 minutes per contest on her way to becoming Big Ten Midfielder of the Year and a NSCAA Scholar All-America Third Team selection.

Jackson finished her Husker career as one of the top players in program history. She sits fourth in shots (271) and fifth in shots on goal (136) as well as tied for eighth in points (101) and 10th in game-winning goals (9) all-time at NU. 

Jackson scored her first goal of the year and 27th career on Sept. 2 at Utah State as she moved into a tie for 10th on the Huskers' all-time goal scorers list. Jordan posted nine shot attempts, including four on net in all 110 minutes of action.

On Sept. 13 against San Francisco at the KU Invitational, Jackson was rewarded a penalty kick as the last USF defender earned a red card on the tackle. Jackson gave NU a 2-0 advantage when she sent the keeper the wrong way on the PK chance for her 28th career score, putting her alone in 10th place on the all-time list at Nebraska.

In the next three matches, Jackson posted an assist in each contest started by putting a through ball in to Jaycie Johnson who scored after a nifty touch inside the box for the eventual game-winner. Jackson once again set up Johnson on a give-and-go play for the game-winner in the 12th minute of action in the 1-0 victory over Michigan State to open conference play. The senior lastly found Katie Kraeutner to knot up the contest at 1-1 as the Nebraska Soccer Field was rocking with excitement which ultimately led to the NU victory against No. 14 Denver.

The Big Red went up 2-0 in the 37th minute of action as Jackson found the back of the net for the game-winner on a low shot from the box past the Wildcat keeper for the 2-0 advantage. Jackson's 29th career score moved her into a tie for ninth all-time at Nebraska with Kelly Rheem.

Jackson recorded her fourth goal of the year and 30th of her career on a header from freshman Courtney Claassen to move into a tie for eighth all-time in goals at Nebraska as the Huskers dropped their lone Big Ten match to Michigan on Oct. 6.

Jackson’s best performance of the year resulted in a five-point output marking the fifth time she has amassed five points in a single match during her career. The Overland Park, Kan. native recorded three assists in the 4-0 road victory for the second time in her career at Nebraska and is the fifth Husker to have three second-half helpers. The two-time all-conference honoree is the 17th Husker to earn at least three assists in one match. 

In a key road win at Wisconsin on Oct. 18, Jackson scored on a PK earned by Kylie Greischar in the seventh minute to give NU a 1-0 edge early. The Huskers earned a 2-1 win with one second remaining in double OT on a Caroline Gray free kick.

In the next match at Minnesota, Jordan's game-winning tally occurred at 23:18 of the first half as NU grasped momentum and the 1-0 edge early on the road. Katie Kraeutner found Jackson with a through ball as Jackson slotted it into the right corner of the goal, extending her goal streak to four matches.

On Oct. 27th at home in a showdown against No. 16 Penn State, the Nittany Lions led 1-0 at the 74:27 mark late in the second half before senior Jordan Jackson electrified the NU crowd and put the Huskers on the scoreboard when she headed home the equalizer off a long pass from fellow senior defender Ari Romero as the Huskers went on to stun PSU 3-2 in double overtime.

In the Big Ten Regular-Season Championship-clinching victory over Indiana, Jackson assisted on the first NU goal with a stellar cross into the box for Mayme Conroy who finished it off for the 1-0 lead in the first half on their way to becoming Big Ten Champions.

Jackson continued her strong play into the postseason when the Huskers needed it most. Jackson headed in a free kick from Sam Areman for her ninth score of the year and the game-winner in a 4-1 rout of the Gophers in the B1G Tournament Quarterfinals. 

In the B1G Semifinals against the Hoosiers, Jackson connected with Jaycie Johnson in the 47th for the equalizer as the senior passed ahead into the box a bouncing ball that the freshman put away upper 90 as NU earned the 3-1 victory. The B1G Midfielder of the Year then helped out on Kylie Greischar's first-career score for the game-winning assist. 

In the NCAA Tournament First Round match against Southeastern Louisiana, Jackson hooked up with Johnson on two of the freshman's four goals. Jackson surpassed the 100-point plateau for her career and finished with a team-high 12 assists ranking 11th most in the nation.

2012 (Senior - Medical Redshirt)
Jordan Jackson suffered a knee injury and missed Nebraska's first seven games of the 2012 season. She returned for NU's Big Ten opener at Northwestern on Sept. 14, scoring a goal and notching an assist.

Jackson played in one more game before reinjuring her knee, which forced her to miss the rest of the season. She received a medical hardship and will have one more season of eligibility in 2013.

In just two games of action, Jackson produced seven shots, including six on goal.

2011 (Junior)
Jackson was a major threat for the Husker offense with eight goals and six assists during her junior season, which earned her second-team All-Big Ten honors.

Jackson scored her first goal of the season against No. 3 North Carolina in the Huskers' season opener. She tied the game, 1-1, just over three minutes into the second half, but the Tar Heels scored the game-winning goal at the 76:33 mark to escape with a 2-1 win. Jackson added her fifth career multi-goal game in a 6-0 win over Arkansas at the Nebraska Soccer Field on Sept. 2. She added an assist against the Razorbacks to total five points in a game for the third time in her career at Nebraska.

Jackson notched another five-point game two days later in an 8-1 win over Northern Arizona. She scored her fourth goal of the season and also contributed a career-high three assists. It marked the 16th time in school history that a player totaled three or more assists in a game.

Jackson helped lead the Huskers to their first win over a ranked team in 2011 with two goals in a 4-3 double-overtime victory at No. 25 Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. Jackson tied the game, 1-1, with a shot from 35 yards out that sailed over the goalie's head and then cut the Hokies' lead to 3-2 with a goal at 78:51. Morgan Marlborough tied the game, 3-3, at 82:03 and Stacy Bartels scored the game winner at 102:49.

Jackson scored her first goal during Big Ten play at Penn State on Oct. 14. Her goal at 22:04 tied the game with the No. 15 Nittany Lions, and she later assisted on freshman Caroline Gray's first career goal, but PSU eventually won the game, 5-4. Jackson put in her eighth goal of the season at Minnesota on Oct. 28, in the Huskers' season finale.

2010 (Sophomore)
Jackson established herself as one of the top players in the country, as she was named to the 2010 All-Big 12 first team and NSCAA All-Central Region third team in 2010. The sophomore totaled 33 points on 12 goals and nine assists, while finishing the season ranked in the top three in the Big 12 Conference in assists (2nd), goals (3rd) and points (3rd). Jackson's 1.57 points per game average tied for 18th in the nation, while she also tied for 28th in total goals.

Jackson, who had a goal or assist in 12-of-21 games, was at her best during the conference season, as she had 18 of her 33 points in the final nine games of the year. Jackson's outburst was at its highest level from Oct. 3 to Oct. 10, when she combined for four goals and three assists in wins over Texas Tech, Iowa State and Missouri. Jackson tied her season high of five points in the 5-4 overtime road win against the Red Raiders, as she had two goals and an assist while also attempting seven shots on goal, the second-most in school history. She added back-to-back one goal, one assist matches in victories over the Cyclones and Tigers, including the game-winning goal in Nebraska's 4-2 comeback win against Missouri.

After earning a spot on the All-Big 12 team, Jackson quickly proved her merit at the postseason Big 12 Championship by scoring the first goal in NU's 4-1 first-round win over Missouri. In the semifinals against No. 10 Oklahoma State, her go-ahead header in the 84th minute gave NU a 2-1 lead before the Cowgirls came back to win in a 3-2 overtime battle.

In non-conference play, Jackson was named Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week after she scored two goals in Nebraska's 3-1 win over Iowa. A week earlier, she scored the game-winning goal in a 3-0 shutout of Arizona and earned a spot on the Sun Devil Classic All-Tournament Team.

Off the field, Jackson earned ESPN Academic All-District VII honors, in addition to academic All-Big 12 accolades.

2009 (Freshman)
Jackson worked her way into the lineup to start 14 of 20 games as a freshman, including the last 11. The forward scored five goals on the season, tying Anna Caniglia for the third-most on the team. Jackson added three assists, including one in Nebraska's upset of No. 14 Texas A&M. She accounted for 13 points on the year.

Jackson scored her first career goal in a 6-1 win over North Dakota on Sept. 11, a week before a two-goal outing in the Huskers' 9-0 win against South Dakota on Sept. 18, when she attempted a season-high four shots on goal. She was a key contributor in Big 12 play, netting the game-winning goal in a 5-2 win over Oklahoma on Oct. 11, and scoring at Kansas in a 7-4 victory on Oct. 23.

High School
A four-year starter for Coach Alex Aiman and Blue Valley West, Jackson led the Jaguars to a 61-11-3 record from her midfielder position while claiming numerous awards and honors. She was the Kansas Gatorade Player of the Year as a junior and senior. The National Soccer Coaches Association of America named her a high school All-American in 2009, after naming her to its All-Region V team twice.

Jackson's credentials were well deserved, as she set four school records. She owns the top marks in career points (210), season goals (25), season assists (24) and career assists (68).

As a senior, Jackson guided Blue Valley West to a 19-2 record, as the team won region and state titles behind her 25 goals and 19 assists. Her squad finished the year ranked No. 7 in the nation by the NSCAA.

In 2008, the Jaguars posted a 13-5 record to advance to the regional semifinals, as Jackson finished with 66 points on 21 goals and 24 assists.

As a sophomore Jackson notched 10 goals and 10 assists to help Blue Valley West to the regional championships with a 14-2-2 mark. In 2006, she earned 45 points as a freshman with 15 goals and 15 assists, as her team posted a 15-2-1 record to finish as the state runner-up.

Jackson was a four-time first-team all-state selection and earned first-team honors at the league level four times. She was a three-time offensive player of the year for her league. The Kansas City Star named her to its all-metro first team in 2008 and 2009, honorable mention in 2007 and second team in 2006. She was also Blue Valley West’s nomination for Wendy’s High School Heisman in 2008.

In the classroom, Jackson had a 4.1 grade-point average, which earned her Scholastic All-America honors from the NSCAA in 2008 and 2009.

Other Information
At the club level, Jackson played for Coach Richard Davies and the KCFC Alliance Jazz for four years. She helped the team to runner-up finishes three straight years, winning the prestigious Score at the Shore tournament in 2007, while claiming second in 2008. Davies also coached former Husker Brittany Goosen.

Jackson was involved in the Olympic Development Program, earning a spot on the state team in 2002, 2003 and 2007. She was also a regional pool player in 2007 and 2008.

Personal Information
Jordan is the daughter of Craig and Maureen Jackson, and was born on Sept. 19, 1990. Jordan has three brothers, Taylor, a twin Connor, and Grant. She graduated in December 2013 with her bachelor's degree in nutrition, exercise and health science major at Nebraska. Jordan was an academic All-Big Ten selection in 2011 and was named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall and spring semesters of 2011-12 and 2012-13.
