2023 (Senior)
Eleanor Dale rewrote the Nebraska record book in her final season as a Husker in 2023. The Billingham, England, native was the first Nebraska women’s soccer player to claim Big Ten Forward-of-the-Year honors and was named to the first-team All-Big Ten squad. Dale also earned four Big Ten Offensive Player-of-the-Week honors this season (second-most in Big Ten history).

Dale turned in one of the best overall seasons in NCAA Division I soccer in 2023 with 61 points, 28 goals and five assists. She leads the country in total goals and now ranks third in Big Ten history in single-season goals and is just the fourth player in Big Ten history to total 60 points in a season.

In an outstanding senior season, Dale scored her nation-leading 27th and 28th goals in the third-round of the NCAA Tournament to post her 11th multi-goal match of the season, while helping Nebraska (17-4-3) to the third Elite Eight appearance in program history. With her total goals, she broke the Nebraska record for goals in a season with Kim Engesser, who previously held the record with 27 goals in 1998. Additionally, she is tied for first in the Husker record books in game-winning goals and her total shots this season place her at the top of the list.

2022 (Junior)
Dale garnered third-team All-Big Ten accolades as she recorded seven goals and two assists on the year. Dale played in 18 games, while starting in 17 of them, and amassed 1,473 minutes. Additionally, Dale led the conference in shots on goal with 32 in 18 total games. Dale was also named to the 2022 Big Ten Preseason Player to Watch list and the 2022 Big Ten All-Tournament Team.

2021 (Sophomore)
Dale played in all 18 games in 2021, starting 17 and amassing 1223 minutes, the fifth-most among the Huskers. Dale’s seven goals on the season was tied for the team-lead, and she sat in second place with 16 points. Dale recorded a brace on Aug. 22 against Missouri as she scored the game-winner and recorded her second goal in the 50th minute. In conference play, Dale scored a goal in three-straight games, including the game winner against Wisconsin on Oct. 17 in the 82nd minute.

2020-21 (Freshman)
Dale started each of Nebraska's first five games before an injury sidelined her for the final five contests. Despite playing just half the season, Dale led the team with two goals on the year, both of which came in a 2-1 win over Purdue (March 4).  She recorded a team-high nine shots on goal with 12 shots in 331 minutes of action. Dale played a season-high 95 minutes in a double overtime loss to Michigan (March 7).

Other Information
Dale has been a member of the England U-17 and U-18 national teams, scoring five goals across nine appearances. She also plays for the Durham Women FC in the FA Women's Super League 2. Dale previously played for Middlesbrough Women FC.

Dale on Nebraska
"I chose to attend Nebraska because of the opportunities they offer and the phenomenal balance between soccer and education. It is an excellent program for academics as well as soccer. I know I will improve massively by attending Nebraska, as the player development aspect of the program in place is exceptional. As soon as I visited, I knew that was where I wanted to be."
