Molly Stuckey enters her first season with the Nebraska women's gymnastics program as the Director of Operations in 2026-27.
Stuckey joins the Cornhuskers after a two-year stint with Illinois' women's gymnastics program.
During the 2025-26 campaign, she served as the director of operations. Stuckey also was an assistant coach while aiding with operational duties in 2024-25.
In her first year with the Fighting Illini, Stuckey led Illinois to Round 2 at the 2025 NCAA Regionals. She helped freshman Chloe Cho become the third gymnast in program history to win Big Ten Freshman of the Year, while Cho was also an All-Big Ten First Team and Big Ten All-Freshman Team honoree under Stuckey's guidance.
Stuckey has served as a judging official for the National Association of Women's Gymnastics Judges since 2016, covering both NCAA and USA Gymnastics Women's Development Program competitions. She has maintained a deep understanding of the sport's technical aspects through continuous personal development and stays informed about rule and policy updates.
Stuckey's experiences in coaching and operations are just as extensive as the rest of her resume. She's served as on-site support for gymnastics invitationals, coached women at various clubs across the country and held volunteering roles across the globe.
Originally from Junction City, Kan., Stuckey holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
