Freshman Season (2015)
Kamerin Moore opened up her career as a Husker with flare as a dependable worker on three events. A consistent vaulter for the Huskers, she earned her career high of 9.90 twice in the season, most recently at the Rutgers quadrangular on Jan. 24. Moore was a part of the historical vault lineup that earned a 49.75 team score breaking the school record. She proved to be a solid leadoff on floor producing scores of 9.75 or higher each routine, while notching her career high 9.875 at the UCLA quadrangular. Moore earned her career-best 9.85 on bars at the Masters Classic March 1.

At the NCAA Ames Regional, Moore provided quality depth on bars, earning a 9.80 for her performance.

Before Nebraska
A level 10 gymnast under John Geddert at Twistars USA, Moore has competed in gymnastics for the past 12 years. She is a four-time J.O. Nationals competitor and claimed her first national crown in 2007 on vault. A former international elite gymnast, Moore joined teammate Jordyn Wieber at the Top Gym competition where she finished third in the all-around and on beam. She earned the all-around crown at the USA vs. Japan meet in 2009. In her final J.O. National Championship appearance in 2014, Moore took home a first on bars, third on floor, seventh on vault and a ninth place finish in the all-around. She also was named the 2014 Level 10 Regional all-around and floor champion.

Personal
Moore was born September 14, 1995 in West Bloomfield, Mich., and is the daughter of Brad and Kristin Moore. She has two brothers, Jake and Josh, and one sister, Alix. A 2014 graduate of Walled Lake Northern High School, Moore is a business administration major and has been named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll five times. She did not take any official visits to other schools.
