Before Nebraska
Amy Doyle spent two years at Michigan State before coming to Nebraska. Doyle was a first-team All-American on vault during her freshman season, becoming the second freshman in program history to earn All-America honors. She achieved a vault career-high of 9.9125 at the NCAA Championships Semifinal in 2025.
Doyle trained at Aspire Gymnastics Academy in Bentonville, Arkansas, under coaches Zsolt (Kenobi) Bense and Jordan Ellstrand. She was named a five-star recruit by College Gym News and was a three-time USA Gymnastics Women's DP National Championships Qualifier from 2021 to 2023. Doyle swept the event and all-around titles in both the 2022 and 2023 Arkansas Level 10 State Championships. She graduated from Bentonville High School in 2024.
Personal
Amy is the daughter of Matthew and Jacki Doyle, and she was born on Dec. 29, 2005. She is studying economics at Nebraska.
