Indoor: Posted a personal-best 52-10 3/4 (16.12m) in the weight throw at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...placed fifth in the shot put at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a 44-7 1/2 (13.60m).

Outdoor: Did not compete.

2022
Indoor: Recorded a season-best mark in the weight throw at the Adidas Classic, finishing 15th with a throw of 48-4 3/4 (14.75m)...earned three top-five finishes in the shot put at the Graduate Classic, the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational and the Nebraska Tune-Up...won the shot put at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational with a throw of 43-11 3/4 (13.40m).

Outdoor: Finished 10th in the shot put at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with mark of 45-8 (13.92m)...recorded a personal-best mark in the shot put at the Sooner Invitational, finishing fifth place with a throw of 48-11 (14.91m)...earned a personal-best mark in the discus at the ASU Invitational, finishing eighth place with a throw of 159-5 (48.60m).

2021
Indoor: Finished 19th in the shot put at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a mark of 45-9 1/4 (13.95m)...had a fifth-place finish with a personal-best mark of 48-0 1/2 (14.64m) in the shot put at the Husker Triangular. 

Outdoor: Placed 23rd in the discus with a throw of 144-9 (44.12m) at Big Ten Outdoor Championships...posted a season-best finish of fourth with personal-best mark of 155-6 (47.41m) at the M City Classic...finished fifth at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays with a throw of 142-4 (43.39m).

Before Nebraska
Attended South Sioux City High School in Nebraska...was the 2019 Nebraska Class B discus and shot put state champion...finished third in the discus and 10th in the shot put at the 2018 Nebraska state meet and was fifth in the shot put and eighth in the discus in 2018...had prep PRs in the discus (159-10, 48.71m) and shot put (45-6 1/4, 13.87m).
