Indoor: Clocked personal-best times in the 5000m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (15:11.93) and the mile at the Mark Colligan Memorial (4:19.87).

Outdoor: Did not compete.

2020 (Freshman/COVID-19 Pandemic)
Indoor: Ran season-bests in the 800m (2:01.80) at the adidas Classic, mile (4:20.10) at the Nebraska Tune-Up and 3,000m (8:33.90o) at the Iowa State Classic.

Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.

Before Nebraska 
Attended Treynor High School in Iowa…placed third in 2018, fourth in 2017 and second in 2016 at the Iowa cross country state meet…ran a prep best of 15:46.10 in the 5K …finished fourth in the 800m, second in the 1,600m and second in the 3,200m at the 2019 Iowa HS Track & Field State Championships…ran prep bests of 1:57.96 in the 800m, 4:26.19 in the 1,600m and 9:33.29 in the 3,200m.
