Outdoor: Member of 11th-place 4x400m relay team at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships…Clocked a 26.43 in the 200m to finish eighth at the Billy Hayes Invite…Ran a 1:02.24 in the 400m at the B1G North Florida Invitational.

Attended Massaponax High School in in Fredericksburg, Virginia…was a member of the winning 4x400m relay team at the 2002 Virginia Class 6A indoor state meet…finished as the runner-up with the 4x200m relay at the 2018 Virginia Class 6A indoor state meet…was 10th with the 4x100m relay at the 2019 USATF Junior Olympic Outdoor Championships…ran outdoor prep bests in the 55m (7.51), 100m (12.58), 200m (25.35) and 400m (57.11) and an indoor best of 1:00.46 in the 400m.
