2020
Indoor: Posted personal-bests in the 800m (1:58.66) at the adidas Classic and mile (4:15.57) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...won the mile at the Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.

2019
Indoor: Ran a PR of 8:57.12 in the 3,000m at the Mark Colligan Memorial and a season-best time of 4:20.65 in the mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.

Outdoor: Set PR's in the 800m (2:06.33) at the Texas Tech Shootout, 1,500m (4:00.56) at the Crimson Tide Invitational and 3,000m (9:08.30) at the Husker Invitational.

Before Nebraska
Attended Creighton Prep in Omaha, Nebraska...was the 2018 Nebraska Class A state champion in the 1,600m, where he set a prep best of 4:17.71...set a PR at the 2018 Class A State Championships in the 3,200m with a time of 9:28.95 on his way to winning the state title...set a prep best in the 5,000m with a time of 15:34...finished second in the Class A state cross country meet as a senior with a time of 16:16.0 in the 5K race.
