Outdoor: Advanced to NCAA Outdoor Championships in 1,500m…Ran a personal-best time of 3:39.36 in the 1,500m at NCAA Prelims…Placed ninth with a time of 3:56.76 in 1,500m at Big Ten Outdoor Championships…Won the 1,500m with a time of 3:43.21 at Billy Hayes Invite…Set a personal-best time of 1:52.54 in the 800m to place 11th at Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays.

Before Nebraska
Attended Cloud County CC after a prep career at Prestige College in Pretoria, South Africa…finished 10th at the 2019 NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships…ran a cross country PR in the 8K (24:22.75)…finished as the runner-up in the 800m and was third in the 1,500m at the 2019 NJCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships…set PR’s in the 800m (1:53.40), 1,500m (3:48.40) and mile (4:02.00) during the 2019 outdoor track season with the Thunderbirds.
