2020 (Junior/COVID-19 Pandemic)
Indoor: Posted personal-bests in the 3,000m (8:47.07) at the Mark Colligan Memorial and 5,000m (15:31.32) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.

Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.

2019 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Ran season-bests in the 3,000m (9:05.25) at the Nebraska Tune-Up and 5,000m (15:56.29) at the Prairie Wolf Invitational.

Outdoor: Set a PR in the 3,000m at the Husker Invitational with a time of 9:01.10...clocked season-bests in the 1,500m (4:11.32) at the Nebraska Invitational and the 5,000m (15:35.22) at the Texas Tech Shootout.

2018 (Freshman)
Indoor: Set season-bests in three events...clocked a time of 4:28.42 in the mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up...posted a time of 9:09.04 in the 3,000m at the Graduate Classic...ran a time of 15:46.70 in the 5,000m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite.

Outdoor: Set season-bests in two events...ran a time of 4:08.71 in the 1,500m at the Nebraska Invitational...clocked a time of 15:32.03 in the 5,000m at the Kansas Relays.

Before Nebraska
Attended Omaha Central High School in Omaha, Nebraska...took seventh place at the state cross country meet as a senior with a time of 16:08.5...finished 11th at the state meet as a sophomore with a time of 16:39.6...in track and field, finished seventh at state in the 3,200m as a senior with a time of 9:28.03 and ninth in the 1,600m with a time of 4:25.6.
