2014 (Junior)
Lucas Kasson competed in four high jump competitions for the Huskers throughout the 2014 indoor season… earned a personal-best mark of 6-4 ¾ (1.95) on three separate occasions in the high jump, including a season-best fourth place finish at the Nebraska Tune-Up.
2013 (Sophomore)
Kasson competed in four meets during the 2013 indoor season... set a personal-best mark of 6-4 3/4 (1.95) at the Mark Colligan Memorial...participated in five high jump events during the 2013 outdoor campaign...recorded a season-best mark of 6-7 1/2 (2.02) in a fourth-place performance at the Nebraska Invite on May 5...started the outdoor season with a runner-up showing after a height of 6-7 (2.01) at the Nebraska Quad on April 13...tallied a third-place finish at the Nebraska Pre-Drake meet, while finishing 17th at the 2013 Big Ten Outdoor Championships... earned a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall of 2012.
2012 (Freshman)
Kasson did not compete for the Huskers in 2012... competed as an unattached athlete at the NWU Open, finishing first in the high jump with a mark of 6-4... finished first in the high jump as an unattached competitor at the Nebraska Invitational with a leap of 6-9 (2.06).
2011 (Redshirt)
Kasson redshirted both the indoor and outdoor seasons in his first year at Nebraska.... competed unattached at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, posting a mark of 6-2 3/4 in the high jump... finished ninth in the high jump at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a mark of 6-3 1/4... competed outdoors at the Nebraska Open, finishing fourth with a jump of 6-6 1/4.
Before Nebraska (Amherst)
Kasson walked-on to the Husker program after winning a Nebraska state title in the high jump at Amherst High School... qualified for the state meet in Class C as a sophomore and junior... won the Class D state title as a senior with a personal-best leap of 6-6.

Parents are Chuck and Jean Kasson... born April 7, 1992... is a turfgrass and landscape management major at Nebraska.
