Indoor: Participated in the pole vault at the Holiday Inn Invitational where he cleared 14-9 (4.50) and finished in seventh place in his lone appearances during the 2014 indoor season. Outdoor: Recorded his season-best pole vault of 14-8 1/4 (4.48) at the Nebraska Quad...named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the spring semester.
2013 (Freshman)
Competed in three meets during the 2013 indoor season...posted a season-best vault of 15-0 (4.57) at the Nebraska Tune-Up on Feb. 15...participated in two outdoor home events for NU in 2013...recorded a personal-best outdoor mark of 15-1 3/4 (4.62) in the pole vault for a fourth-place finish at the Nebraska Quad on April 13...notched another fourth-place finish at the Nebraska Invite with a height of 15-1 (4.60) on May 5...earned spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall and spring semesters.

Competed unattached during the 2012 indoor and outdoor seasons...posted an indoor personal-best mark of 15-4 1/2 (4.69) in the pole vault at the Nebraska Tune-Up on Feb. 17... competed in the pole vault at the Holiday Inn Invitational and the NWU Invite... competed at the Nebraska Mini Meet and Nebraska Invitational...was named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll both semesters.
Before Nebraska (McCook)
Came to Nebraska after completing his prep career at McCook High School under vault coach Bill Ramsey...came back from ACL surgery his junior year to qualify for the Class B state meet with a jump of 13-1...produced seven gold medals and a McCook High School record as a senior...cleared 15-0 twice his senior season, the second time winning him gold at the Greater Nebraska Athletic Conference Meet...concluded his high school track career with a bronze medal at the 2011 state meet, vaulting 14-10 and finishing behind two fellow Husker recruits...was an honor roll student and two-time letterwinner in football.
