2011 (Senior)
Rachel Butler competed indoors and outdoor for the Huskers in 2011... finished fifth in the pentathlon at the 2011 Big 12 Indoor Championships with 3,785 points... recorded indoor personal bests in the 200 meters (25.45), the 400 meters (56.83), the high jump (5-7)... also helped the Huskers finish fifth in the 4x400 meters at the 2011 Big 12 Indoor Championships with a time of 3:39.21... earned All-Big 12 honors in the 4x400 meter relay and in the pentathlon... took fifth in the heptathlon at the 2011 Big 12 Outdoor Championships with a personal-best total of 5,150 points... also finished eighth in the 4x100 meters (47.42) and in the 4x400 meters (3:37.73)... recorded personal bests in the 200 meters (24.72), 800 meters (2:22.97), 400 meter hurdles (1:01.91) and the javelin (104-11) during her senior outdoor season... earned All-Big 12 accolades in the outdoor heptathlon, the 4x100 relay and the 4x400 relay.

2010 (Junior)
Butler competed indoors for the Huskers and then redshirted the outdoor season due to an injury... posted pentathlon scores at the Husker Multi Challenge and Big 12 Indoor Championships... won the Multi Challenge with 3,659 points... placed fourth at the conference meet for the second straight season with an oversized-best score of 3,881 points... broke her previous best of 32-9 3/4 in the shot put during the confernece pentathlon with a throw of 35-6.

2009 (Sophomore)
Butler added three more All-Big 12 honors in 2009... was limited by an injury early during the indoor season and was only able to compete in the pentathlon at the Big 12 Indoor Championships... placed fourth with a personal-best score of 3,858... set or tied three individual event personal bests at the conference meet, including the 800 meters (2:24.65), high jump (5-7) and long jump (19-6)... ran the opening leg of the 4x400-meter relay that placed eighth at the conference meet with a time of 3:47.34... competed in the heptathlon twice during the outdoor season at the Jim Click Shootout and Big 12 Outdoor Championships... finished sixth at the Jim Click Shootout with 4,851 points... posted a wind-aided and NCAA provisional-qualifying score of 5,068 at the conference outdoor meet to finish third... set personal bests in both the 800 meters (2:28.39) and 100-meter hurdles (14.31) at the conference meet.

2008 (Freshman)
Butler competed in the pentathlon twice during the indoor season... recorded a then-personal-best score of 3,751 points at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational to finish fifth... finished seventh at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with a score of 3,603 points... placed fourth at the Jim Click Shootout and Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon... teamed with Arna Erega, Nikita Eades and Karyn LaCour to break the 100-meter shuttle hurdle relay school record at the Drake Relays with a time of 55.18.

Before Nebraska (Lee-Davis HS)
Butler competed in at least 19 different events in the course of her high school career under Coach Neil Mathews... scored 21 times at the Virginia Group AAA state indoor (10 times) and outdoor (11 times) championships, including six events at the 2007 outdoor state meet... won the triple jump at the 2007 outdoor state meet, while taking second in the 300 hurdles, third in the long jump, fourth in the high jump and 100 hurdles, and sixth in the 200 for a total of 37 points and a third-place finish in the team scoring... won the triple jump at the 2007 indoor and 2006 outdoor state meets... was the 2007 Nike Outdoor Nationals runner-up in the triple jump and was fifth at the Nike Indoor Nationals... placed fifth at the 2006 National Scholastic Indoor pentathlon... was a member of the National Honor Society... chose Nebraska over East Carolina, Virginia Tech and Clemson.
