Indoor: Redshirted...participated in three meets for NU unattached...recorded a pair of fifth-place finishes in the 800 meters at the NWU Invitational and the Nebraska Tune-Up where he registered his season-best time of 1:53.27...also finished ninth in the 1,000 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational with a time of 2:31.10. Outdoor: Finished first at the Emporia State Open in the 800 meters with a time of 1:54.91 before recording a personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Nebraska Quad with a time of 3:58.96...was an academic All-Big Ten selection.

2013 (Junior/Sophomore)
Competed in seven meets during the 2013 indoor season...recorded a personal-best time of 1:52.94 in the 800 meters at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite...posted another personal-best time of 4:19.08 in the mile at the Razorback Invitational...participated in five meets during the 2013 outdoor season...set a new personal-best time of 1:51.82 in the 800 meters at the Nebraska Invite for a third-place finish...picked up a victory in the 800 meters at the Nebraska Quad on April 13...earned a season-best mark of 4:02.27 in the 1,500 meters at the Razorback Spring Invite on March 30...finished 21st at the 2013 Big Ten Outdoor Championships with his performance in the 800 meters.

Set an indoor personal-best time of 1:21.27 in the 600 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up and a season-best 1:53.77 in the 800 meters at the Mark Colligan Memorial during the 2012 indoor season...competed in six meets during the indoor season...competed unattached during the outdoor season...posted a season-best time of 1:54.45 in the 800 meters at the Kansas Relays...recorded a time of 4:05.91 in the 1,500 meters at the Nebraska Mini Meet...was an academic All-Big Ten selection.

2011 (Freshman)
Competed in four meets during the indoor track and field season...posted a season-best time of 1:57.40 in the 800 meters at the adidas Classic...recorded a 2:33.03 in the 1,000 meters at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...competed in four meets during the outdoor track and field season...notched a season-best 1:56.09 in the 800 meters at the Nebraska Open...finished with a personal-best time of 4:03.95 in the 1,500 meters at the WSU Classic on April 2.

Before Nebraska (Lansingburgh)
Transitioned to collegiate running at Nebraska after a prep career at Lansingburgh High School in Troy, N.Y...excelled both indoors and outdoors, qualifying three times for both state meets and earned two medals at the indoor Federation meet...left Lansingburgh with 10 school records and a personal best of 1:54.50 in the 800 meters...qualified for the state cross country meet four times...chose Nebraska over Tennessee, Georgia Tech and LSU.
