2010 (Redshirt Freshman)
Jon Love competed was only able to compete once indoors as the ran the 600 yards and 800 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational... rebounded to run the 400 hurdles at four outdoor meets... ended the season with a personal-best time of 53.92 at the Nebraska Open.

2009 (Freshman)

Love redshirted both the indoor and outdoor seasons in his first year at Nebraska... competed as an unattached athlete at three meets during the indoor season... opened the year at the Holiday Inn Invitational in the 600 yards (1:14.84) and 800 meters (1:59.20)... ran a personal-best time of 1:58.59 in the 800 at the NWU Invitational... did not compete during the outdoor season.

 

Before Nebraska (Norfolk Catholic HS)

Love helped the Norfolk Catholic Knights to a Nebraska Class B state championship in 2007 and a third-place finish in 2008... made trips to the state track meet all four years under Coach Tim Kassmeier...  won the state title in the 300-hurdles (38.87) as a senior in 2008 after finishing third in 2007 and fourth in 2006... posted his personal best in the 110 hurdles (14.3) and 300 hurdles (38.2) at the 2008 Mid-States Conference Championships...  honored as class salutatorian and was a member of the National Honor Society.
