2010 (Junior)
Alyssa Vierregger (pronounced VAR-eh-gur) earned her first All-Big 12 honor during the outdoor season as a member of the Huskers' seventh-place 4x100-meter relay... ran a 400-meter indoor oversized best of 57.72 at the Bill Bergan Invitational... continue to run well during the outdoor season, where she broke her outdoor best at the Texas Tech/Nebraska Dual with a time of 57.28... ran the 400 meters, 4x100-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships.

2009 (Sophomore)

Vierregger ran the 400 meters three times during the indoor season, including a season best of 58.54 at the Conference Challenge, before being sidelined for the rest of the indoor season with injury... returned for the outdoor season to compete five times in the 400, and twice in the 200.

 

2008 (Redshirt Freshman)

Vierregger focused on the 200 and 400 meters during the indoor season... ran a personal best at the adidas Classic in the 200 meters with a time of 25.49... posted a personal-best time in the 400 meters at the Conference Challenge with a 57.90... ran the 400 meters three times during the outdoor season, including a time of 58.80 at the Nebraska Invitational to finish second... recorded a then-personal best of 58.41 at the Jim Click Shootout.

 

2007 (Freshman)

Vierregger redshirted her first season at Nebraska... competed unattached in two indoor and one outdoor meet... ran an indoor personal best of 8.08 in the 60 meters and posted a 25.53 in the 200 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational and Nebraska Wesleyan Invitational, respectively.

 

Before Nebraska (Platteview HS)

Vierregger arrived at NU following four consecutive appearances in the Nebraska Class B state meet under Coach Rich Arch at Platteview High School... earned her highest state meet placings as a junior in 2005 with a runner-up finish in the 100-meter dash (12.49) and third-place efforts in the 200 meters (26.76) and 4x100-meter relay (50.90)... placed sixth in the 100 (13.02) as a freshman in 2003, while also competing in the 200... was a member of the National Honor Society.
