Rebecca Rahmann (pronounced RAY-men) redshirted both the indoor and outdoor season in her first year at Nebraska while learning to throw the javelin.

High School (Gibbon)
Rahmann made one trip to the Nebraska Class C State Track and Field Championships and finished fifth in the 2007 shot put (37-7) under Coach Scott Rasmussen... set her personal best (38-3) in the shot put at the 2006 UNK Indoor Class C Invitational... was a member of the National Honor Society.
