2008 (Redshirt Freshman)

Matt Ramm competed four times in the weight throw during the indoor season... threw a career-best 47-1 (14.35) at the adidas Classic... only competed once during the outdoor season in the hammer throw... finished ninth at the Nebraska Invitational with a toss of 149-6 (45.56).

2007 (Freshman)
Ramm redshirted his freshman year at <?xml:namespace prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"?>Nebraska in order to learn to throw the weight and hammer.

 

High School (Stuart)

Ramm was a discus thrower at Stuart High School under Travis Ludwig... qualified three years for the Nebraska Class D state meet... claimed the bronze medal as a senior (146-8).
