2003: Colin Damas set a season-best mark of 213-0 in the javelin at the Texas Relays, finishing second in the University B Section and qualifying for the NCAA Midwest Regional... took sixth place at the Big 12 Championships, launching it 210-2... won silver at the Ward Haylett Invitational with a throw of 201-3... placed ninth at the Drake Relays and eighth at the Mt. SAC Relays.  2002: Threw a personal-best mark of 216-2 at the Euler State Farm/ESU Relays... finished ninth at the Big 12 Championships.  2001: Recorded a season-best mark of 199-10 in the javelin with a third-place finish in the UCLA and Cal State-Northridge Triangular. 2000: Redshirted. High School: Placed ninth in the javelin (188-8) at the 1999 USATF Junior Nationals... finished runner-up to former Husker Zach Josephson in the javelin at the Kansas 6A state meet in 1998 and 1999 (215-5)... was runner-up in the 1997 state meet and placed seventh as a freshman in 1996.
