Peter Falcon competed in three meets during the indoor season...recorded a season-best time of 9:27.03 in the 3,000 meters at the NWU Invitational... finished with a time of 15:46.72 in the 5,000 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up.
2010 (Sophomore)
Falcon ran in six meets during the indoor season, but missed the outdoor season due to a leg injury... posted a personal-best time of 8:44.38 in the 3,000 meters at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational... ran an oversized best of 15:07.41 in the 5,000 meters at the ISU Classic.
2009 (Sophomore/Redshirt Freshman)
Falcon was only able to compete once during the indoor season before he was lost to injury, but received a medical hardship... set personal bests in the 1,500, 5,000 and 10,000 meters during the outdoor season... cleared 32:23.93 at the Drake Relays in the 10,000... ran 4:01.30 in the 1,500 at the Nebraska Quad... continued his progress one week later at the Concordia Twilight with a time of 14:57.64 in the 5,000.
2008 (Freshman)
Falcon competed in five meets during the indoor season, opening his career at the Holiday Inn Invitational in the 5,000 meters (15:29.24)... ran a personal-best time of 8:50.51 in the 3,000 meters at the Conference Challenge... redshirted the outdoor season due to knee pain... finished runner-up in the young men's 5,000-meter at the USATF Junior Olympics with a then-personal-best time of 15:17.49.
Before Nebraska (Bellevue West HS)
Falcon had personal-best performances at the 2007 Nebraska state track meet to finish fourth in both the 1,600 (4:26.07) and 3,200 (9:42.86) for Coach Craig Christians... also ran the anchor leg on the fifth-place 4x800-meter relay team.... finished fifth at the 2006 meet in the 3,200 and seventh in the 1,600... finished 10th in the young men's 5,000 meters (16:00.55) at the 2006 USATF Junior Olympic Championships in Walnut, Calif.
