Before Nebraska
Attended Syracuse High School in Nebraska...placed second in 2017 and 14th in 2019 at the state cross country championships...recorded personal-best time of 19:41 in the 5K...helped team win back-to-back state titles in track in 2018 and 2019...crowned state champion in 1,600m and 3,200m in 2018 while finishing runner-up in 1,600m in 2021...member of second-place 4x400m relay team in 2018 before earning the state title in 4x400m relay in 2019...set personal-best times in the 800m (2:19), 1,600m (5:13) and 3,200m (11:27).
