2013-14 (Senior)
Kaitlan Walker's senior season came to an end at the Big Ten Championships.  The redshirt senior diver recorded three top-24 finishes at the conference meet. Walker produced a 21st-place finish in the one-meter dive, a 23rd-place finish in the three-meter dive, and 16th-place finish in the platform dive.  Walker's best performance of the year came against Northern Iowa, where she earned a second-place finish in the three-meter dive. 

Walker capped her senior season by earning her bachelor's degree as a textiles, merchandising and fashion design major from Nebraska in May of 2014. She also earned a spot on the inaugural Tom Osborne Citizenship Team in 2014, while helping the swimming and diving program claim its third consecutive Nebraska Life Skills Team Award.

2012-13 (Redshirt)
Walker redshirted in 2012-13 due to an injury that kept her sidelined for the entire season.

2011-12 (Junior)
Walker contributed consistent improvement to the Husker diving corps in 2011-12. She produced eight top-five finishes, including a pair of event titles (one-meter, Kansas; three-meter, UNO). Walker established two personal bests on the year, including a 290.85 on the one meter against Iowa State and a 294.88 in the three meter against Nebraska-Omaha.

2010-11 (Sophomore)
Walker continued to improve as a sophomore diver, garnering six top-five finishes and a solid ninth-place showing in the one-meter dive at the 2011 Big 12 Championships. Walker also set a then-career-best score (214.05) on the platform at the Missouri Invitational, earning a sixth-place finish. She finished among the top 12 in every competition as a sophomore.

Walker also earned a spot on the 2011 Big 12 Commissioner’s Spring Honor Roll.

2009-10 (Freshman)
Walker compiled 15 top-five finishes with two event wins coming against South Dakota in the one meter and three meter. Walker’s score of 267.90 in the one meter dive against Missouri was the best score of the season for any Husker diver. She also had the third-best score of the season in the three-meter dive and the fourth-best score on the platform.

Previous
Walker didn’t start her diving career until 2006, as she was a gymnast for 11 years prior to becoming a diver. She was a two-time winner of the Female Athlete-of-the-Year Award at Eldorado High School, where she broke the school diving record and was a three-year letterwinner. Walker was also a two-time New Mexico High School state diving champion and named an NISCA All-America diver in 2008 and 2009. She finished seventh in the one meter and fourth in the three meter at the AAU National Championships in 2009 with her New Mexico Diving club team.

Personal
Kaitlan was born on May 6, 1991, in the Philippines. She is the daughter of Dulce and David Walker and has one brother, Ian. Kaitlan majored in fashion design at Nebraska, earning her bachelor's degree in May of 2014. She claimed a spot on the 2011 Big 12 Commissioner’s Spring Honor Roll. She also earned a spot on the inaugural Tom Osborne Citizenship Team in 2014, while helping the swimming and diving program claim its third consecutive Nebraska Life Skills Team Award.
