An 11th-place finisher at the Nebraska state meet last year, walk-on Sheena Kafka will add depth in the diving events as the Huskers look to build for the future.

Lettered twice for Mike Steel at Omaha Northwest...helped the Huskies to an 11th-place team finish at the state meet in 2002...lettered once in track...also competed in gymnastics, where she finished seventh on the balance beam at the United States Independent Gymnastics Club National Meet in Florida, just .05 out of medal contention.
