    Senior (1999-00)
    Sedlacek swam to her top times at the Big 12 Championships, where she added her best finish of eighth in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.44. The Aussie also posted times of 52.14 in the 100 free for 14th and 1:52.49 in the 200 free for 11th. Swimming on nearly every relay team, Sedlacek helped the teams to impressive finishes, including third in the 200 free relay (1:32.55), third in the 400 free relay (3:22.76), second in the 800 free relay (7:19.27), third in the 200 medley relay (1:44.40) and third in the 200 medley relay (1:44.40).

    Junior (1998-99)
    Troy qualified for the NCAA Championships on the heels of a second-place finish in the 200-yard backstroke at the Big 12 Championships (1:59.36). Troy was also the Big 12 runner-up in the 100-yard back (56.51) and finished 12th in the 500-yard freestyle (5:01.13). Competing at the NCAA Championships, Troy placed 26th in the 100-yard back (56.44) and 25th in the 200-yard event (2:00.39). She was a key contributor to NU's 7-3 dual season, finishing second in both the 100- and 200-yard back versus Southern Methodist, Minnesota and Colorado State. She also won the 1,000-yard free versus Iowa State, placed second in the 100-yard back against Missouri and was the runner-up in the 200-yard back versus Kansas. As a double finalist at the Texas Invitational, she placed 5th in the 200-yard back and seventh in the 100-yard back. She came in at third at the Big 12 Invite in the 200-yard back.
Sophomore (1997-98)
Troy was a double finalist at the Big 12 Championships, finishing third in the 200-yard back (1:58.92) and fifth in the 100-yard back (57.13). She also made consolation finals of the 500-yard freestyle, finishing ninth overall (4:59.74). At her first NCAA Championships, she finished 27th in the 200-yard back (2:01.02). At the World Championship Prep Meet in Auburn, Ala., she placed second in the 100-meter back (1:06.57) and 200-meter back (2:21.52) and fourth in the 400-meter free (4:38.27). Her regular-season wins included 200-yard back victories against Minnesota/Texas A&M (2:03.02) and Kansas (2:04.04) and a 1,000-yard free win at Missouri (10:18.07). She finished as a runner-up five times during the regular season, including the 200-yard back (2:00.75) at the Texas Invitational.

Freshman (1996-97)
Troy was a silver medalist in the 200-yard back (2:00.13) at the conference championships. At the Big 12 meet, she finished fifth in the 500-yard free (5:04.65) and 12th in the 100-yard back (57.69). Troy recorded seven victories during the regular season (five in the 200-yard back and one each in the 100-yard back and 1,000-yard free). She excelled late in the year with three backstroke wins against Missouri and Kansas.

Before Nebraska
Troy barely missed an Olympic berth with a third-place finish in the 200-meter back at the 1996 Australian Olympic Trials. She posted the 36th-best 200-meter backstroke time in the world in 1995. She finished first in her age group in the 100- and 200-meter backstroke events at the 1994 Australian age group nationals.
